Location

Town Center Reserve is a small, charming and peaceful gated community set in a beautiful and quiet conservation area with a large pond and a natural lake which add to the air of calm that surrounds you as soon as you enter the gates.  Contrary to it's name, it is not located in a town, but benefits from being in a tranquil setting yet close to Walt Disney World and all amenities. The community is bordered on one side by dense woodland and this, together with the lakes, means that there is an abundance of wildlife to be seen and heard. 

The Reserve is just two and a half miles from Exit 58 of Interstate 4 which means very easy access to Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and International Drive.  It is just six miles south of Highway 192 (Irlo Bronson Highway), which also provides very easy access to Walt Disney World and a huge selection of restaurants, a variety of entertainments, shops and gas stations. 

Several excellent shopping malls are easily reached from Palm Breeze  - The Mall at Millenia, the Florida Mall and Premium Outlet Mall are three of the great favourites.

The proximity to Interstate 4 means that it is very easy to get to the coast - to Cocoa or Daytona beaches and to the Kennedy Space Center on the east coast, and to the west, Tampa and Busch Gardens are within a 60 to 75 minute drive and the Gulf Coast beaches are about 90 minutes drive.

Just a few minutes’ drive away from The Reserve, just by Junction 58 of the I4, is the Champions Gate area.  At Champions Gate there is an excellent Publix supermarket, and a variety of other stores including: movie rental, a hair and nail salon, French, Italian and Chinese restaurants, McDonald's, Chilli's,  Walgreen’s Pharmacy, a liquor store, a bank and two gas stations.

For golfers, there are several excellent golf courses within very easy reach of Town Center Reserve.  The nearest courses are a few minutes' drive away at Champions Gate and Mystic Dunes.  Within a 30 minute drive there are many other excellent courses, including Celebration, Falcon's Fire and Disney's Magnolia.
