How far is it to the Theme Parks?

Walt Disney World is just over 8 miles away. It is an easy 12 minute drive to the main gates.
Seaworld is about 20 minutes away and Universal Studios is a little further and is about 30 minutes' drive.

Where is the nearest supermarket/grocery store?

The nearest Supermarket is Publix, at Championsgate Village Center. It is less than 5 minutes away, and it is open from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. seven days a week.

CVS Pharmacy is only 2 minutes away and has a small grocery section.

What other stores are nearby?

In the same area as Publix there is a Wallgreen's pharmacy, McDonalds, French restaurant, Subway, Chinese Restaurant, Pizzeria, Movie Mania (rentals), nail salon, hair salon and a UPS store.

Is smoking allowed?

We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the property.

Are pets allowed?

No. This is to ensure the comfort and good health of future guests, who may suffer from animal allergies.

Will I need a car?

Yes. To get the most out of your vacation it is necessary to have a car. There is no public transport serving the community and, although taxis/cabs are available, a car of your own offers much more flexibility.

Is the pool heated?

There is a pool heater, and you can request to have the pool heated (at an additional charge on top of the rental cost). We recommend that the pool is heated in the winter months (from October to April), but you can request it at any time of year. Please see our Rates page for more information.

How often is the property cleaned?

Our local management team ensures that the property is cleaned, and the towels and linens are freshly laundered at the end of each rental period and also in preparation for the arrival of each set of guests.

Is there a Bank nearby?

Yes, there is a bank near Publix at Championsgate Shopping Plaza.

Will we need to bring towels and bed linen?

No. All bed linen, towels and pool/beach towels are provided. Please feel free to take the pool/beach towels to the Water Parks, but please do not remove the bathroom towels from the house.

Do you have a grill/BBQ?

We can arrange for a gas grill/BBQ to be made a available for you for a small extra charge.
